- Working with farmers of all classes.

- Strengthen agricultural research and extension of agriculture.

- To train farmers and extension workers for the purpose of expanding the research technology.

- Establishment of seasonal varieties of crops.

- Providing advice to farmers on integrated agriculture.

- Inspection of union and block level agriculture offices and performing administrative ‍and field level functions.
