Bhandaria Upazila (Pirojpur district) area: 9.8 sq km. Locations: 22 ° 221 to 22 ° 8 North latitude and 3 ° 5 to 5 ° 8 East Longitude. It is bounded by Rajapur and Kaukhali upazilas (Pirojpur) on the north, Mathbaria on the south, Kanthaliya and Rajapur upazilas on the east, Pirojpur sadar upazila on the west.

Administration Bhandaria thana was formed in 122. The thana was turned into an upazila on 7 April.
